I was walking through the forest outside Telluride and just as I passed under this burl the sun flashed around the trunk. I had to take the shot.

This small grove of Aspens was the only one I happened to find in that had such intense red and copper colors.
There are some county roads you really should take the time to drive down.
I took this not too far outside of Telluride on my way south. There was something so interesting to me about the old fence made from the Aspens that surrounded it.
